A Portable sauna is simple to store. Since they are so small and compact they don’t require much room and you are able to store your portable sauna in a spare room or unused portion of your bedroom.
Some folks don’t enjoy saunas because of breathing the hot steam. This is not an issue with a personal sauna as you normally lie down or sit keeping your face outside the sauna. Of course if you do like your head covered many models offer an optional head cover.

Cons
I can only think of just 2 possible disadvantages to a portable sauna.

You don’t really get the intense type of heat that you would from a conventional sauna. If you like this intense kind of heat you may not like a personal sauna since the intensity just won’t be there.
If you are claustrophobic you may not like being trapped in the tiny space of a portable sauna.

So, you won’t completely experience the full experience of a sauna. However, if you’re looking for the well being and relaxation benefits of a sauna and if you require something compact and lightweight that is cheap and easy to use a portable sauna could be perfect for you.
